If you enjoy waking up in the morning shivering and sick because the windows are poorly insulated then please use this company. If you enjoy calling multiple times a week and being told that they will TRY to contact the owner but nothing gets done, then please use this company. However, if you are like me and would like to wake up to a warm apartment and have your calls/emails taken seriously then maybe try another company... Before you comment and say: "we are trying our best" and "it is the fault of the owner", the fact that we pay rent to you each month yet can't have basic access to windows that work is insane. Last time I wrote a review, I got taken seriously so fingers crossed it works this time.

Last time I wrote a review, I got taken seriously so fingers crossed it works this time. --------------------------------- Update for review from July 2021 The floor was eventually fixed, we are still waiting for a solution to the dampness but I guess we can't get everything we want... JULY 2021 Please do not use this company. We had pipe burst and they took weeks to get someone to fix it. We have emailed and called from September 2020 until now to get them to get someone to fix the water damage and the flooring. They say they will contact the owner but never get back to us. We are living in an apartment with potential mould and other health hazards and they just do not care. We call once a day and they say they will call back but NOTHING. Highly unprofessional. They even laughed at me once when I called and spoke in English. Horrible.

I was renting the apartment through this agency for more than 4 years. The agency broke the contract terms exceeding the maximum deposit return period by more than one month. After about ten reminders from my side they finally returned the deposit, but held more than 30% of the amount! When I asked them to provide proofs (justificatifs) they simply preferred not to respond (as they used to do in many cases before). If you are going to rent an apartment through this agency, there's a very high probability that you will either not receive your deposit back, or you will get it late and not the full amount. On a separate note, the way they managed the apartment inventory (l'erat des lieux) was silly outrageous. The woman who came was very impolite and tried to fake objects missing, which I managed to deal with with lots of stress and difficulty, because she simply didn't listen to me when I was showing her the objects which were actually in place. To resume, I have wasted lots of energy, time and eventually money with this agency. Thanks for reading and hope this will help others avoid the issues I faced. Update: in response to your feedback, I asked your manager to provide me with evidence (etat des lieux; photos) that would prove that the "apartment was dirty" or "joints in the bathroom were in a bad condition", but I received nothing back. I am saying this, because I made a professional cleaning of the apartment before my departure, and therefore pretty sure that everything was perfectly clean. In the "etat des lieux" there is no mention about any defects left. Also you held 400 euros on top of 200 euros (which you don't mention in your feedback), and your manager did not respond to me when I will be able to get this money back. Overall she responds only when she wants, which I guess far from being a great client service.
